Dishwasher Rebate Program Application
The West Basin Municipal Water District (“West Basin”) Cash For Kitchen’s Program offers a rebate of up to $6,000 for the replacement of water intensive dishwashers with high efficiency dishwashers. Please refer to the Qualifying Products List to verify the eligibility of your dishwasher. This rebate is only available to commercial businesses within the West Basin service area.

Follow these steps to qualify for the Cash For Kitchen’s Dishwasher Rebate Program.
Submit this online form to West Basin
Once approved, applicant will be notified via email and will have 60 days to submit all of the following information:
Image of installed device
Water Bill - one recent copy of a water bill from any month within the last 12 months,
Rebate check will be sent to applicant once the application is processed, the installation images uploaded, and all forms are submitted.
The applicant must be the same name as stated on the IRS W-9 form. The check will be sent to the name on the IRS W-9 form.
If your rebate amount is $600 or more, you will receive a 1099 form to comply with Internal Revenue Service requirements. The determination of whether your rebate is taxable or not may depend on several variables. We recommend contacting your tax professional.
